Meet Mandy
Hi there! I'm Mandy, a product designer based in the Bay Area. I'm studying Cognitive Science, Interaction Design at UC San Diego.
With an illustration background, I quickly found passion in product design for its creative and impactful nature. Over the last two years, I've expanded my perspective through experiential design at an agency, HCI research, and product design for fintech. I've also gained valuable hands-on experience from growing my small sticker business, @littlemandyart.
I look for design cultures that constantly raise the bar for their users. As a designer, I strive to bring visual design craft and product thinking to teams.
In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and pickleball, cafe hopping, and catching live music.

She was tasked with consolidating onboarding flows for four products and did so methodically, making significant UI/UX improvements. Mandy took the initiative to collaborate with UXR, conducting a user study that validated her design as "very easy" for target users.
She worked seamlessly with engineering, product, design, and marketing teams, receiving kudos from all. Additionally, Mandy's intern team won the intern competition with a project completely separate from her main work, showcasing her excellent time management skills.
Lastly, even under pressure, Mandy remained positive and professional, leaving a lasting impression. Thank you for an incredible summer, Mandy!
